袁野,博士、讲师、硕士生导师,汕头大学卓越人才“优秀青年人才”,汕头市农村科技特派员,广东省农村科技特派员。2021年博士毕业于宁波大学水产养殖专业,主要从事拟穴青蟹脂质营养生理与代谢调控方向的研究,特别关注拟穴青蟹长链多不饱和脂肪酸生物合成的分子调控机制、脂类在拟穴青蟹关键生理代谢及不同生境代谢适应性中的调节机制以及脂类在拟穴青蟹性腺发育过程中的作用机制。先后参与国家重点研发计划(蓝色粮仓子课题)、国家虾蟹产业技术体系(海水蟹饲料营养)、国家自然科学基金和浙江省自然科学基金等课题项目,目前主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目1项,广东省自然科学基金青年基金项目1项以及广东省科技厅项目1项,参与多项省部级和农业厅项目,在国内外知名学术刊物累计参与发表SCI论文70余篇,他引1600余次,h-index指数24,其中以第一作者在《Environmental Chemistry Letters》、《BMC Biology》、《Food Chemistry》、《Aquaculture》和《Ecological Indicators》等国际学术期刊发表SCI论文17篇,担任Environmental Pollution、Aquaculture、Journal of Food Composition and Analysis和Frontiers in Nutrition等学术期刊审稿人。主要讲授课程:《动物学》、《生物化学(实验)》和《科研论文配图设计与制作》。
