一、基本情况
林帆,博士,副教授,博士生导师,广东省高层次人才。近年来,主要围绕海水鱼类营养与饲料开展研究,重点关注鱼鳔胶原蛋白代谢调控机制。主持或作为骨干参与国家自然科学基金、广东省自然科学基金等省部级以上科研项目8项,在Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Aquaculture、LWT-Food Science and Technology等学术期刊发表第一或通讯作者SCI论文28篇,申请发明专利7项(授权3项),制定地方、团体标准项目各1项。
