胡忠，男，1968.7生，博士、教授。

学历：

1988年6月大学毕业于湖南湘潭师范学院生物系生物教育专业

1997年6月兰州大学生命科学学院硕士研究生毕业，获细胞生物学专业体细胞遗传学方向硕士学位，导师---王仑山教授

2000年7月兰州大学细胞生物学研究所博士研究生毕业，获细胞生物学专业博士学位，导师---郑国錩院士

工作经历：

1988年7月-1994年8月在湖南从事中学生物学教学

2000年12月开始在汕头大学生物学系工作

2001年12月－2004年1月厦门大学生物学博士后流动站从事微生物学领域的研究工作，合作导师---郑天凌教授

主要研究兴趣：

植物分子生物学与基因工程、药用植物次生代谢和细胞工程研究、资源与环境微生物学微生物生化与分子生物学等
