The Toy Industry Digital and Intelligent R&D Center of China Telecom Industrial Research Institute was co-established by Shantou University and China Telecom Corporation Limited Shantou Branch in 2024. The platform addresses the needs of Shantou's toy industry for digital and intelligent transformation. Relying on Shantou University's advantages in scientific research, talent, and technology, and combining them with China Telecom's technical capabilities in cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence, and industrial digitalization, it conducts research and development of key technologies for toy industry digital and intelligent transformation, application demonstrations, and achievement transformation, promoting the deep integration of next-generation information technology with local distinctive industries.
